What operators ask before they switch.

No. You pay a monthly fee for the plan and the modules you use. A reservation costs you nothing extra. A marketplace you also sell on still charges its own commission, but nothing on your own site does.

About two weeks. We migrate your reservations, guests and rates, build your site map and train your staff. You are taking real bookings inside a fortnight.

Yes. You set the rates and the rules once, per jurisdiction and per guest type. Grondia applies them per night, itemizes them on the folio and produces the period summary you file.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH. Every payment posts back to the folio it belongs to.

On servers in Switzerland, run by CampOne GmbH. Backups are encrypted and stay in the same country. We do not sell guest data, and nothing goes to a booking marketplace unless you switch on that channel yourself.

No. If you can use a smartphone, you can run Grondia. Onboarding includes training, and support answers within one business day.
